Copernicus Lullaby

Music of the Polish night

About

Copernicus Lullaby – a one-of-a-kind journey through the music inspired by the night sky above the homeland of Nicolaus Copernicus. Join us in a celebration of 500 years of Polish music and science.

Starting with Renaissance melodies, through folk tunes, nursery rhymes, all the way to Chopin's Nocturnes or the immortal Rosemary's Lullaby from the famous horror by Roman Polański – Polish music is full of captivating images of the night sky.

Our hand-picked selection creates a unique experience, blending the best of both worlds: astronomy and art.

World premiere: Starmus Festival, La Palma, April 27, 2025.
